At Me & You, we put love and effort into every hamper and bouquet. Since most of our products are customized and made-to-order, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  • We do not accept returns on:
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Hampers (including all items inside the hamper)

  • Non-customized individual items (not part of hampers) may be eligible for return only if:
    • Item is unused and in original condition
    • Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery






πŸ’Έ Refunds



  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • You receive a damaged product
    • You receive a wrong item

  • To request a refund, you must:
    • Share an unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Send clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Once approved:
    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
    • Amount will be credited to the original payment method






❌ Non-Refundable Cases



  • Hampers and customized products
  • Minor design variations (as all products are handmade)
  • Delay due to courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery






πŸ”„ Order Cancellation



  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • After that, production starts and cancellation won’t be possible






🚚 Damaged or Missing Items



If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:


  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • Provide video proof + images
  • We will either replace the item or offer partial/full refund

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • However, we will help you track and resolve the issue
