Refund policy
At Me & You, we put love and effort into every hamper and bouquet. Since most of our products are customized and made-to-order, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
π Returns

We do not accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized products
- Hampers (including all items inside the hamper)

Non-customized individual items (not part of hampers) may be eligible for return only if:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

Refunds are only applicable if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong item

To request a refund, you must:
- Share an unboxing video (mandatory)
- Send clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Once approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method

β Non-Refundable Cases
- Hampers and customized products
- Minor design variations (as all products are handmade)
- Delay due to courier partners
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal to accept delivery
π Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- After that, production starts and cancellation wonβt be possible
π Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Provide video proof + images
- We will either replace the item or offer partial/full refund

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
- However, we will help you track and resolve the issue
